You can easily remove the stains on kitche slab by using any kind of bleaches available in the market. The more stronger the bleach is,the more likely to remove the stain. Apply bleach on the surface you want to clean, leave it for an hour or so, scrub it with any scrubbers or sponges.

It is not easy to make cabinets lighter after they are stained too dark. You will have to sand them down to the wood and re-stain lighter.
