You can not force anyone to like anyone else. That being said, you can approach this girl and offer your help in a situation where she might need it. That shows that you are being kind. Say hello to her every time you see her, and eventually progress to longer conversations.

Find out what this girl likes and get some information on it. When you talk to her, compliment her but don't be pushy. Talk to her about what you found out. Don't come on too strong. Be sweet to her and call when you say you are going to call.

Be yourself, be nice to her and treat her with respect. Like her for who she is, be there to listen to her and genuinely be interested in what she says. It won't be definite that she's going to like you, but it will definitely increase your chances.
