Hire a professional, who comes out after dark when all of the critters are in the nest, and smoke it first to calm them. Then he will applied a liquid insecticide (not an aerosol) to the area. That should take care of the problem. the smoking them out also even helps for some reason

I would not recommend you doing it if you are not a qualified pest controller. Trying to get rid of them yourself could result in an an extremely painfull if not fatal attack.

Since they are dangerous they cannot be chased away, so you will have to kill them. You either hire a professional or you try to do it yourself. You have to smoke them first so they wouldn't attack, then you have to apply a liquid insecticide and cover the exit with something strong. By morning they should be dead.

Call and exterminator, it would be the best and the fastest way to get rid off the yellow jackets. Another option is to put the bee catcher up with something sweet in them to attract them.

if they are inside be humane about it. i usually take a plastic or paper cup and grab something to put underneath. trap the yellow jacket and then put the paper or whatever under the cup and release it outside afterwards. bees help pollinate. dont kill them. they are probably looking for a warm place.
