Try going to control panel, then to add and remove programs. The antivirus your are looking for is most likely there. Alternatively, you can go through your program files and look for the files to uninstall the program.

It's a hard one. First, download malwarebytes antispyware. Second, update the software and finally do a complete scan to revome the infections and after that the computer should be good.

The easiest way to get rid of XP Antivirus is to use Microsoft's Malicious Software Removal Tool. If this doesn't work, you will have to dig deeper in the registry, first explore the startup key and see if there's any references to it. (You can also disable XP antivirus from starting up with Msconfig)
