How do I get rid of ground bees?

There are some different ways you can get rid of them or at least try. You can buy boxes and hope the queen lives in it.They prefer dry, warm soil for their little cells. Run a sprinkler over the site and really saturate the ground to discourage them. They are harmless.

We use fire to get rid of ground bees (or yellow jackets depending on what you call them) Take some newspaper with VERY LITTLE GAS and light it on fire. Dump this on the hole of the hive and burn them out. The smoke and heat will kill them all. Use as much paper/gas as needed.

You could try flooding the nest with a hose or smothering it overnight to kill them, or ask a beekeeper to remove them to a hive. If you are concerned about being stung though, get in a pest control expert for advice and he can remove them safely for you.

You won't get rid of all of the bees unless you wait till after the sun goes down. That's when they are all back in the nest. Try a lot of pouring boiling water down into the hole. Another option, find a way to pump smoke down the hole.

The one I've had the best luck with is flushing the entrance to their hive with several gallons of soapy warm water at NIGHT. Give them plenty of time to settle for the night and prepare the solution of Tide (or other detergent) and warm soapy water. Then flush the hive entrance.

Just spray a whole bunch of raid onto the areas the bees go across. This will get rid of the bees fast.

Should not wear yellow dress because it will attract ground bees. Just pick a safe spot to hide yourself say under the ground. Take a big torch and rags with kerosine after you light it. The best idea will be to create a huge smoke which block ground bees. You can call terminex also.
