How do I get rid of a Facebook friend?

Log into your profile then click on 'account', it will drop down and give you options. Select 'edit friends'. Find the friend you want to remove and then click the 'x' button of their box to remove.

Login to your Facebook, and locate your sister's soon to be ex-husband in your friends list. Go to his profile, and scroll down to the bottom of his profile page. You should see a link that says "remove friend." Click this link, and you will no longer be friends with him on Facebook.
