If you can't afford to get implants the best way to get money is to borrow money from your family, get an extra job , or you can start saving up.

There are websites like MyFreeImplants where men will donate money to women who want breast implants but they also want to talk to you and see pictures of you so they know if you really need them or not. Your best bet is to take out a loan, either with a bank or sell some stuff to save up.

Well you could save up for them. Most of the time doctors have finance plans for implants to- so talk to a surgeon.
