It depends on what the problem is. Most problems with a transmission are going to result in the transmission being rebuilt or worse yet replaced.try a fuild and filter change before you jump to replacing your transmission.

You may need to go to a factory authorized for technician to get your transmission fixed, or go to a reputible transmission repair facility in your area.

It depends what your problem is in the transmission. IT could be as simple at topping of the fluid or complicated as replacing the entire transmission.

A transmission can be tricky. I do not think that it is something that I would try on my own. The first step would be talk to a friend that knows anything about cars, next take it to the shop.

This really depends on what the problem is. The first thing you should do is check the fluid level. On automatics, this is usually done by pulling out a dipstick and checking the level. The car should be on a level surface when adding or checking the fluid level. The engine should also be warm.

There are so many things that can go wrong with a transmission that this question is vague. The first thing to check on any problem is the fluid level and the condition of the fluid. Everything else should be taken to a professional shop.

Easies fix is trying to add more transmission fluid. If this doesn't help, try taking the car to a mechanic so they can look for any worn gears or electrical problems.

Well without knowing the exact problem I can say how to fix it. Look online or in a transmission service book to see what could be the cause of your particular issue.

Either buy a repair book and fix it yourself, take it to a shop, or take it to a Ford dealer. The dealer is the best but most expensive option.

Talk to a transmission shop because it's usually cheaper to replace the transmision than it is to tear it down and find out exactly whats wrong.
