Using a small hose and a siphon pump remove fluid through dipstick tube. Remove only a little at a time. Recheck transmission. Repeat until you reach desired level.

There should be a plug that you can unscrew to drain your transmission fluid. The plug will be similar to a plug on an oil pan.

You place a pan under the drain plug of the transmission. After the plug has been removed allow the fluid to drain out.

Well then just drain it. If there is no drain plug plug then you will have to drop the pan enough to let some fluid pour out.

If there is too much fluid in the transmission, you have to remove the extra. You have to remove the oil plug that is also a fluid level check.
