Chimneys are something that is best fixed by a professional. Check your local yellow pages for chimney inspectors or chimney sweeps.

to fix chimney leaks you should begin by removing exsisting flashing and recoating with a boanding agent to fill cracks then reattach flashing to protect against the elements and reseal.

DAP makes a High Heat Mortar, Non-Combustible Silicate Cement. Depending on the location and how sever it is, this could be used. Just apply it as you would any other caulking with a standard caulking gun.

Be sure the leaks are not from higher up. For chimney leaks, the old shingles and flashing should be removed, flashing installed and sealed with roofing caulk, and shingles installed.

You would put sealent all around the chimney first. Then you would put metal over the sealent and tack it down with roofing tacks. Then maybe put some tar to finish it off all around the chimney.

Well typical roofers will use aluminum flashing to cover were the chimney and house meet. Then tar or other sealant is used to cover he edges to seal it.

Just plaster them and make sure it's tight but one thing is for sure depending on the severity of the leak you might just have to rebuild your roof again which is going to take a lot of time and it might cost a lot of money as well. So good luck.

A good old fashion sealant should do the trick, something that is water proof and air locking. Then maybe a flash cover over top of the area around the chimney.
