How do I fix an air pocket in the middle of my laminate floor?

Well this is a difficult question. Laminate should not have an air pocket in it!! If the floor seems to be buckling or lifting the problem most likely is that it wasnt installed with the proper expansion around the entire area. Most Laminate specs for a 1/4 inch expansion joint on all walls.

It really depend how big the air pocket is. If it is not too big you can take a small pin and pop the air pocket. The you can take a putty knife and push the air out of the pin hole. This should leave your linoleum flat.

If the air pocket is small in size you can either let the air out by making a small hole and then you can stick it with the glue which is used for laminated floor.
