You will probably have to replace the prop, even in a dry-sleeve hub. Parker's Prop-Aid is good in an emergency, but no way a permanent repair. It'll get you going and should be kept wit emergency gear. The protection to your gears and shafts is effectively gone. It could also be a wrong size thrust washer or worn outdrive housing.
