Tilt the sunroof up,remove the seal by carefully manipulating it, so it unlocks from the sunroof. carefully clean out the inside groove of the seal using a screwdriver or similar, to remove any rust or debris - a vacuum might help, or blowing the debris out.

Try using vaseline to soften the rubber on the molding to regain a seal. If not you will require purchasing a new roof molding kit and replace it. This procedure can be quite involved, and requires specialty tools to remove and replace the rubber parts.

The easiest and cheapest fix is to apply some vasoline to the seals of the sunroof. It will cause them to swell slightly and may help the leak. Next solution is to replace the seals, which you'll have to get from a dealership. It's not that hard, but takes some time.

Typically any sunroof leak is related to a bad seal. Sometime it can be fixed with multiple application of amor-all or similar product. However the seal may need to be replaced.

Check your weatherstripping. Make sure it is not loose and that there is no gap, cracks, or tears. If there are then you should just replace it with a new one. If the rubber is hard try using some armor-all or similar to make it pliable. That should help it seal better.

This is a job that you probably want to fix on your own. You can do it on the cheap pretty easily with a grout-like substance that Auto Zone sells for $4.99. Why pay a dealer hundreds when you can do the same job.

The leak could be cause by several factors: a bad gasket, broken glass, and fixing it will depend on this as well as the model of your Acura. You can find lots of information online in Acura forums if you want to fix it by yourself, but the safest way is to go to a Honda or Acura dealership.

Open the sunroof and vent shade. Check the seal for any cracks. Check the drainage tubes for any clogs or standing water in the tubes, use thin cable for testing. Check that the clogs are fully gone in the drainage tubes by pouring a small amount of water into the tubes.
