How do I fix a flywheel that is stuck?

I have a Briggs & Stratton lawn mower.

I assume you're speaking of a siezed piston... If so, you may have to take the head of the engine off, and lubricate while attempting to rotate flywheel.

you have to take the pulley mechanism of the top then you can get to the flywheel usually its a frayed not or broken cable
