There are two ways to fix this stain. First is to contact a carpet restoration company and have it dyed, or take a carpet remnant of same carpet and replace.

First, check to make sure that the bleach is out of there, so that any stain fix does not also get bleached. Next, get some paint-on fabric dye from the craft store and see if you can tint the bleached fibers back to the same color. If an exact enough match isn't possible, graft in a replacement section of carpet.

Since bleach actually removes color, this really isn't a 'stain' and you can't 'remove' it. The best you can hope for is to cover or redye the light spot - something best left for an expert in carpet repair.

You patch it by cutting out the bleached part of the carpet, then cut out a piece from a new carpet. Use an adhesive to glue in place.

This question could be taken one or two ways. How I, personally, would do it, could be totaly different to how it should practically be done.
