It really depends on what you want done exactly. Drying can often be accomplished by steaming. One such was would be through the use of a double-boiler pot, carefully watched.

Vine Drying!!! To dry the beans leave the bean pods on the vine in the garden until the beans inside rattle. When the pods are dry and shriveled, pick the beans and shell them. If rain is a concern you can hang the vines in a dry indoor area.
