Well it depends on how much and how deep the scratches are, if they are too deep you probably cant do anything with it but if it has light marks and scratches you can use different disc repairing tools because the PS2 disc its the same as all other discs so any disc repairing tool will work

If the bottom is scratch there is a good chance it can be buffed out. Use a polish and a soft cloth to buff light scratch from the center outward.

Most PS2 discs can be fixed the same way you can fix a DVD. If you go to a video game store (i. e. Gamestop) they should be able to fix it for a couple dollars.
