How do I determine the value of Series EE bonds?

On the US Treasury website, there is a bond valuation calculator. You enter the date issued and denomination of each bond, and it gives you the current value.

Go to the Treasury Direct website. There is a link called Find what your bond is worth today. Fill in some details and the value will be calculated.

Same as you would determine value of any other bonds. If you hold bonds till maturity, then the final value is nominal value + interests, but in the period between issue and maturity bonds value can vary, depending on current interest rate of the same bonds.

You can take them to any bank where they can tell you the value. You can also check the US Treasury's website - TreasuryDirect - where you'll find a savings bond calculator that can tell you. Please note that bonds do not continue to earn interest after 30 years.
