How do I convert a clip on earring to a pierced earring?

Without destroying the clip-ons themselves, there is not a proper way to convert them. The only recommendation I have is to snip off the clip-on part and glue them to studs. There is always tutorials online to tell in better detail about making and converting jewelry.

I have seen converters with posts that have little magnets on them that you can "stick" to the earring and temporarily make clips into pierced without permanent damage.
