You can you window cleaner on the counter table and wipe of with a damp cloth without making a stain on the ping pong table. You will need a scrub in order to get the harder stains.

Find out what sort of dirt you have on it and use the right cleaner for the dirt. Repainting a worn table is also a good idea.

You can clean a ping pong table with a solution of soap and water. Make sure to wipe it with a clean wet cloth afterward before drying it.

Use detergent and water and mix it. Then get a sponge and soak it with the solution and gently clean the table. Then towel dry.
