Use a microfibre cloth and some warm water. The cloth should only be damp, not soaked. Do not apply too much pressure.

Buy a LCD Screen Cleaning Kit with Micro Fibre Cloth, turn off monitor, spray on the cloth and wipe monitor clean, wipe again to dry.

Remember that your flat panel did not made of glass so it requires special cleaning procedures 1. Use non-rugged microfiber cloth, or soft cotton cloth, do use paper towel as it may cause scratch 2. you can apply rubbing alcohol to the cloth, and apply the damp cloth.

Use a specific monitor cleaner and a lint-free cloth. Make sure to spray the cleaner on the cloth itself, and not directly on the monitor!
