An infected ear piercing should be cleaned 2-3 times a day and no more. The easiest way to clean your piercing is with contact solution and a cotton swab. Dip the swab in contact solution and rub on both sides of your ear around the piercing. Also rub contact solution on the metal of your piercing to clean the inside.
Try using sea salt dissolved in water as a topical remedy. However, if there are signs of serious infection, i. e. oozing, odor, extreme pain, see your health care provider.
First soak it in peroxide. Wipe it clean with a clean papertowel and soak another paper towel in rubbing alchol wipe the area with this one ane dry it again. Repeat this two to three times a day if it dosent help within 3 days you should see a doctor
Dissolve 1/8 tsp. pure sea salt into hot distilled water. (DO NOT use iodized salt, this will only make the swelling/inflammation worse! ) Use a cotton swab to apply the mixture to the infected area.
