Using nero software for burning cd we can burn games using the game cd option in that software or we can directly use the windows option.

You need a CD writer (hardware). Most modern computers have this, so it shouldn't be an issue. Open "My computer" drag the files on the CD-Drive and click write.

You don't, it is illegal to copy games. Or you can download and hack DVDFAB5, it will allow you to copy games. However you will need to have your console modified before it can read copied games. There are several companies on ebay that will do this modification for you.
