Two ways 1) The traditional route: B. A. in Arts, Communications Drama, then a Masters in Theater/Film Management. 2) Try to get a job at a talent agency and work up.

First you need a BA in business with maybe a minor in communications. THen it is best to try to get a job doing anything at a major agency.

Search on google, yahoo, or altavista to start out, then get the necessary skills via schooling, classes or a mentor and you are well on your way to success as a show business manager!
