How to fix a T-11 fracture is based on the severity of the problem. There is not much that can be done externally, like a cast. If the fracture is minor, then a doctor may prescribe painkillers and bed rest to encourage the bone to heal itself. If it is severe, then surgery is the only solution.

Doctors can prescribe a back brace. If you are older, a doctor may recommend Kyphoplasty, a minimally invasive procedure to treat broken vertebrae. Pain medication may be given as well.

Usually the T-11 fracture occurs because of vehicle, even though it does not harm Doctors advice to take complete rest and it would healed without medication.
