How do automatic shower cleaners work?

In the commercials, it doesn't look like it covers the whole shower.

You hang the thing on the shower head and then turn it on. It sprays stuff on your shower and it makes the stuff really easy to come off.

Automatic shower cleaners work automatically. There are different kinds of automatic shower cleaners. It works at the touch of a button.We have to just push the button once a day and it works it self,no need to rinsing.It cleans and prevents soap scum and mold and mildew stain.
