It is extremely difficult and a lot can go wrong. If you want proper highlights use a home highlighting kit instead of bleach straight from the bottle.

It's really easy to get bleach blond highlights. All you have to do is go to the store and buy a box of highlighting solution. Then you follow the instructions on the box and do it yourself. It is really cheap. If you want better results you should go to the salon.

If your hair in dark, you have to buy some bleach and developer. It won't be hard as long as you keep the bleaach on for a long time.
