If symptoms like Manipulative and Conning, Grandiose Sense of Self, Lack of Realistic Life Plan/Parasitic Lifestyle are noticed then it may be a sociopath

Sociopaths are characterized by lack of care towards others. A sociopath can easily injury someone else physically or mentally and not care. For example, if he were to block your driveway with his car he wouldn't think twice. If you asked him to move it he may flat out say no. This is a laid back version of a sociopath.
