You can't stop a cat from yowling. You can either encourage or discourage it. Don't give in to what your cat is yowling for, they will usually stop. This is your cats way of communicating with you. Ignoring the cries might confuse and scare your cat making them feel unsure.

I first try to pet the cat!! Then i take the cat to the Vet!! I would look to see if the cat needed any food or water!! I would also look at the cats bowel movement to see if it was any different than normal!!
