Revisions to a will must be handled by the attorney who filed the will in the first place. If no attorney was involved, prepare a revised will and h ave it filed in lieu of the first one.

Your will should be reviewed periodically to make sure it remains current. Anytime theres a change in family status, marriage, divorce, new child, a child dies, there are stepchildren, or a new grandchild, the will should be revised. Be aware that you can't simply cross out or add something new.
