How can you improve poor memory?

Spinach is the best leafy vegetable for improving memory. This is followed by onion. Fruits that are good for brain are strawberries, black currants, blueberries and oranges. Some nuts such as walnut, cashew nuts, almonds are good for improving memory. Fish and eggs are boon to human brain.

In my case to help improve my memory I have started taking gingko biloba, vitamin E, vitamins B6 and B12, Carotenoids, folic acid, gotu kola, choline. You might want to try these.

Get enough sleep; eat the right foods. Take flax seed oil, fish oil omega 3's. Take calcium and 1000 to 10,00 iu's of vitamin D3. Blueberries and antioxidants.

You can try memory games. You might also want to try doing more puzzles and crosswords. Getting lots of Omega 3's will also help.

Reading and puzzles, things that keep the brain busy. There are books and websites devoted to improving cognitive skills and memory also.
