By listening and understanding what others are saying. Be clear and simple when delivering the message Ask for feedback and should use figurative language to make the message comprehensible

Taking speech and writing classes at a local community college can help someone improve their communication skills. I would recommend taking both speech and writing because the two skills are very different.

Overcoming poor communication may not be a simple task by any means. To do this one may have to reevaluate their self and ask, why is my communication poor? Improving your message construction and delivery will be vital in your journey to improving your poor communication skills.

By finding easier, faster and more appropriate means of communication such as the Internet or cell phones. Furthermore, try to express yourself in your own words as much as possible.
