There are very few ways to measure your punching power scientifically without the use of a PSI gauge to measure the pounds-per-square inch of your punch. One approximate method would be to use a heavy punching bag. Punch it and measure the distance backwards it moves and the time it takes to get there. Then plug into the formula Force=Mass*Acceleration.

There are coin operated machines that will test your power. You insert the money and then pull down a punching bag to reset the machine. Then you take a step back and punch the bag. The machine will quickly register your results and let you know how hard you punched the bag.

Find a boxing gym, stand in front of a heavy bag, get someone to hold it, and hit the bag as hard as you can with proper technique.
