There are very few ways to measure your punching power scientifically without the use of a PSI gauge to measure the pounds-per-square inch of your punch. One approximate method would be to use a heavy punching bag. Punch it and measure the distance backwards it moves and the time it takes to get there. Then plug into the formula Force=Mass*Acceleration.
thank you for the formula and the way to use it see my friend and i have to do a science fair project and we need a to measure the power of four kicks and punches so i need to know if this very accurate, thanks add a comment
