How can I rell if my back wheels are out of alignment?

Start by looking at the tires. Do they have uneven wear? Look across the tread to see if it is more bald on one side than the other. Stand about 10 feet behind the vehicle and look at the rear wheels. Look to see if the top or bottom of the wheel is pointed in or out.

Well the most precise way to do this is to take it to an alignment shop and have them put the alignment machine on it. A less accurate way is to measure the edges of the tires from a reference poin on each side to see if the are symmetrical.
