How can I make money fast as a kid?

Answer by  Mable (3008)

There are two ways to make money: sell things, or get paid for your time. What could you sell that you already have? What could you make to sell? What can you do that would get someone to pay you for your time? Try your parents first, and get their help if you want to sell things online.

Some of these are seasonal: Shoveling snow Raking leaves Mowing lawns Walking someone's dog/dogs Regularly washing dishes, light vacuuming/dusting Washing cars Babysitting (depending on age) Doing things like getting the mail/newspaper for an elderly person Depending on your age, being a companion for an elderly person whose family doesn't want to leave them totally alone

The best way to make fast money as a kid is to do lawn work for neighbors. Try going around to mow lawns or rake leaves. People are always looking for someone else to do things like this for them because they don't want to be bothered or don't have the time.

The best way to make money as a kid is by babysitting. As long as you are old enough, babysitting is a gold mine. Parents are thrilled to have someone reliable to watch their kids while they are out of the house. Put up fliers in your neighborhood advertising your services and the calls will start coming in.

Well it is summer so mowing lawns is one way to make some money. You could also babysit or walk dogs. Another option is to have a lemonade stand, make sure you set up somewhere where there is a lot of traffic. You could also take some of your old video games to a place like game stop.
