How can I learn to speak Polish?

Take classes. Get audio CDs and listen to them constantly. Find a Polish conversation group to join. Rosetta Stone is an excellent program for online study. Keep in mind how long it took you to learn your current language. Learning a second language takes years of study, focus and hard work.

If you are a child or adolescent, simply spending time around Polish speakers will enhance your book study of the language. As an adult, try Rosetta stone software.

The only way to fully learn a language is to immerse yourself in it. Either go to Poland or spend time with Polish people. It is also a good idea to take a class in Polish and maybe to purchase Rosetta Stone Software (the Polish language edition).
