Pool is like anything else, it takes patience and practice to get better. To help with the rules, start with one game type and stick with it until you basically understand what's going on. From there, different pool games are generally just variations on the basic rules. To become a better pool shot, practice, practice, practice.

It's quite simple as long as you concentrate on one ball at a time. Don't try to setup your next shot if you're only a beginner. Also, it helps if you practice using angles and just take it slow, you do get better with practice

Learning pool can be done many different ways. visit your local library or search online for resources tht define the rules and strategies used. Then actually get out there and play pool. Practice is the best way to go

The rules are a lot deeper than people think, so google those. As for getting better, practice a lot. Work on what angles work and which don't. Slow and steady.
