Because it's an oil-based product, I would probably pre-treat the fabric with some dish soap before washing it as hot as possible in the machine. In my experience, this is okay even on colored fabric, and it does a great job getting the oil out.

Neosporin is petroleum based. It is best removed by covering the stain with Dawn dishwashing liquid. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes then launder as usual.

The best way to remove Neosporin stains from clothes is to blot the stain with a product like Shout! and wash the garment in warm water.

Neosporin is white petrolatum based, which means it's an oil. I find WD40 straped on works well as does Goo Gone used with boiling water.

Neosporin contains wax. Use a cleaning method that removes wax. Apply boiling water and ensure runoff doesn't go back onto the clothing. Iron the area onto a rag.
