To submit a contestant, all you need to do is visit their website and send pictures of your friends awful closet and clothing. Then write a 300 word email describing why your friend deserves their makeover intervention!

To apply you have to email them (email found on their website) and in subject line you put the city and the name of the person you are nominating. Include any info plus 2 pictures. Make sure to also include info so they can get back to you.
