Tree frogs are wonderful creatures that keep a number of insects under control. They generally gather where there are lots of bugs.

Spraying salt water on areas you want frog-free. Approximately two tablespoons of bleach to one gallon water will eliminate their presence. Citric acid and water will kill tree frogs. Caffeine(left-over coffee) has been used to kill frogs but is still in the testing stage. Hand pick them and turn lose elsewhere. Keep in mind frogs are detrimental and eat insects.
