Take it slow to be careful and honk the horn at your dog. Otherwise, as negative reinforcement, have someone spray the dog with water anytime you pull in. You could also get around the issue if there's a pin you can put the dog in somewhere other than the drive.

Unfortunately you may have to scare him/her a few time using the horn. Just one good beep for a couple of days. After that he/she should move as you approach. If after a few days it doesn't work just keep trying.

Just go forward slowly when pulling in and honk the horn. The dog will move eventually. He is just very excited to see you and doesn't realize that he is in the way.

Tie your dog up when you're leaving? Or you could have treats in hand to throw when you begin to back out so the dog is distracted. Other than that, practice with your dog. Have one person with your dog while you back out when he isn't in the way praise him with treats, he'll get it.

The best way to do that is to get youself a little lead and everytime it is told to move and it doesn't tie it up.

It is illegal to keep your dog loose in your yard without a proper fenced in area in the first place. What happens if someone walks by your house when you are not home and your dog attacks another animal or worse, another person? I think the only solution to your problem is to keep the dog inside.

If your dog must have off-leash access to the driveway, then try tossing a treat off to the side as you pull in. Your dog will go for the treat.
