Weight reduction Tips:
1. Go for jogging daily early morning.
2.Avoid taking oil and milk products.
3.Take wheat and wheat products instead of taking rice.
4.There should be a time gap of atleast 1 to 2hrs between your food intake and getting into sleep.
5. Do some isometric and isotonic exercises daily.
