How can I get fat off my outer thigh?

My thighs are too big.

Weight reduction Tips: 1. Go for jogging daily early morning. 2.Avoid taking oil and milk products. 3.Take wheat and wheat products instead of taking rice. 4.There should be a time gap of atleast 1 to 2hrs between your food intake and getting into sleep. 5. Do some isometric and isotonic exercises daily. All the best.

Unfortunately, some people just naturally have larger thighs. To tone down, however, do squats and lunges. Lunges are particularly good for firming the rear.

The key to getting rid of fat is diet and exercise. Eat a healthy diet with a reasonable number of calories for you. Also, do moderate cardio exercise (such as walking or brisk walking) 4-6 days a week.

The best way, is just to lose weight in general, but if you want to concentrate on the thighs themselves, do exercises which focuses specifically on them.
