Anyone can get an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. A referral from your physician might be needed. Every appointment is prioritized by individual medical needs. Your doctor might be able to facilitate this by calling the Mayo Clinic. Begin by calling the Appointment Information Desk at 507-538-3270 You may also fill out an online request.

Anyone can get an appoinment at the Mayo Clinic, although you may need a referral if you want your insurance to cover the cost. If you are in the Arizona area call: 800-446-2279, Florida: 904-953-0853, Minnesota: 507-538-3270. Good Luck!

There are only three locations: Arizona, Florida and Minnesota. You should first figure out which clinic is the easiest to get to. Appointments can be requested online or by telephone.

Either have your current doctor that diagnosed you send you a referral up to the Mayo Clinic and get you an appointment or you can call up to the department and make yourself an appointment
