If this problem prevails, you have to choose a Government Dental Hospital rather than a Private clinic. The other option you can persuade the Dentist on your penniless problem.

Alot of hospitals have dental clinics and usually this is based on income. There are also dental schools where students work on your teeth unter the direction of a dentist.
