A lot of game companies will post on Craigslist, so that's going to be the best way to find them. Or, you can check with a Temp agency as they sometimes work through those to find people.

For this job you must to be sensitive, to have played many games, to know hidden hints on games. For game testing job you must to find bug on games, if you not found is same like you do not finnish your job. You have many sites who test the game before they have finnal version...
