You can go to your local Planned Parenthood organization. They will provide you with services based on your income. Remember, there are many other options, like Adoption. You must qualify for a free abortion, and if not they can get quite expensive. Call ahead to your local office for their costs.

If you have health insurance, your insurance company might cover it or at least offer it with a minimal co-pay. Otherwise, you should visit a local abortion clinic and speak to them about finances. Even if you can't get one for free they may be able to work with you on figuring out how to pay for it.

No matter where you live, abortions preformed by licensed clinics and practitioners are not free. Anywhere you go, you will have to pay something, although there are clinics that specalize in helping lower income women who have a sliding scale based in your income. You could also see if your health insurance will cover it, but that's doubtful.
