How can I fix a high speed shimmy on a lifted supercab truck?

The main things to check would be the tires. Make sure the tires are balanced, if they are next I would check the drive shaft, believe it or not the drive shaft being out of balance can make the whole cab shake if it its out.

The make sure all your nuts and bolts are tight and nothing is damaged. Also check your alignment and wheels bearings. You might need to upgrade your steering stabilizer.

first you have to determine if it is in driveline or tires,the most common is tires due to their bigger sizes they are very hard to balance. the driveline may be at too much of an angle due to lifting. check driveshaft angle and u-joints and use high angle parts.

You have changed the driveline angles of the driveshaft. Doing this defeats the constant velocity of the driveshaft so at one point the front is turning faster than the back and then vice versa. This causes a rocking motion that you perceive as a shimmy and can cause failure.
