How can I find a lost ball python?

Usually, they will look for warmth. When mine used to escape she would end up near the hot water tank or basking in the sun on a window seal. Another thing to think about is that your snake may be afraid outside of its normal surroundings and may trying finding a secure spot usually a cramped, tiny space. Good Luck!

If the ball is your pet, you should start thinking of warm or tight places inside your home or few yards away. It may also be found under the fridge, washing machine or a drier. These places are very attractive to snakes. Balls won't go far, if its cage is inside your room, you should start searching there.

Look in warm places (close to heater). Also under couches and small spaces. Keep an eye out for snake skins. Wherever there is snake skin there is a snake!

Oh my! I'm glad I'm not there to actually help in the finding....but I would try to put its' favorite food in a plastic bottle with a neck so that it will crawl in there and find it hard to get out. If that fails, my suggestion would be to move ;)

Often times they crawl into warm spaces that you are unable to see into. Put its favorite food in its cage and often it will return to eat. Other times you just have to wait until it wants to come out.
