If you are wanting to eliminate these types of worms you would need to purchase and apply a liquid that will remove them.

This could actually be black- or caddisfly larvae and you need to either consult your garden center, or widen the water-access hole so they can pass through. If earthworms, you need to raise the lip or edge of your pond to restrict access to them.
