The creative minds within the group should be able to kick around some thoughts and ideas that are really catchy and something that is outside of the box. A hundred dollars in return would be good.

I would get a bunch of your friends together (maybe buy them dinner or something) and have them brainstorm with you. You'd be surprised what you come up with.

Think of what clientele you have and the neighborhood you are in. Try and create something that will blend both of them together. Try and make it classy not cute.
